Hello guys!
My name is Dieter and I’m a Belgian person severely interested in travel, culture, language and history.
The reason I made this blog, was to tell my stories.
The main posts on this site are going to be about travel and language, with the occasional post on different cultures and history. I mostly write about stuff that interests me and these are the topics I think are the most interesting to write about.
At the moment I can speak and understand 4 languages fairly well. Since I’m Belgian, I can speak Dutch and French as well as English (obviously). I have a degree in Japanese Studies, so I’m quite fluent in Japanese as well, with a beginner level in Korean.
Next to these I’ve started to study Thai and Middle Egyptian Hieroglyphs in my free time. I hope to add languages such as Mandarin Chinese, Russian, and Arabic to the mix in the future as well.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me or leave a comment on my posts! I hope you enjoy my stories!
You can also find me on Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, or just go to my Linktree for an easy overview of everything I do.
Greetings
Dieter
